Lumbar Epidural Steroid Injection
This injection procedure is performed to relieve low back and radiating leg pain. Steroid medication can reduce the swelling and inflammation caused by spinal conditions.
Radiofrequency Neurotomy - Lumbar Facets
This procedure uses heat from radio waves to treat painful facet joints in your lower back. It eases pain that isn’t helped by medications or physical therapy.
Sacroiliac Joint Steroid Injection
This injection procedure is performed to relieve pain caused by arthritis in the sacroiliac joint where the spine and hip bone meet. The steroid medication can reduce swelling and inflammation in the joint.
Steroid Injection for Knee Pain
This is an injection of steroid into the knee joint. We often use it to treat the pain and inflammation of knee arthritis.
Spinal Cord Stimulator Implant
Spinal cord stimulation (also called SCS) uses electrical impulses to relieve chronic pain of the back, arms and legs.

I have been a patient for a few years and I can honestly say that the office staff, nurse practitioners, and doctors are excellent. When I go into my appointments I always get greeted with smiles and a good morning. I always feel welcomed and treated like family from the front desk, the lab and then the nurses and nurse practitioners. I am a transfer in from my previous clinic that merged with SSPA. I see Charlie who has been a God-send! She really listens to any and all of my concerns. I’ve had injections from Dr. D and he also listens very well. He really knows his stuff! If you have any pain issues this is the place to go! I’ve been a patient for a little over 1 year. I feel I’m treated with respect from all staff, Dr D actually listens and does not push medications but alternate forms of treatment for pain. I also feel they follow up with your care on a monthly basis that most pain Management neglects to do. You are known by your name, your symptoms are addressed and treated, your an actual person with pain and not just a number.
